Cindy offers her wealth of Real Estate Experience to her buyers and sellers.

Cindy is currently broker and First Vice President at ERA American Realty. She holds membership in the Florida and National Association of Realtors. In our local Association of Realtors, she has served two terms as secretary on the Board of Directors and on the Legislative Committee. In addition, Cindy holds the CRS designation (Certified Real Estate Specialist). Fewer then 5% of all realtors hold this designation. The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field.

She was elected to the Okaloosa County School Board in 1998, was re-elected in 2002 and again in 2006, without opposition. She has served two terms as chairman and three terms as vice-chairman. She is the School Board representative to the Okaloosa Public Schools Foundation.

She understands the core needs to families and their children as they move and relocate, even within the area of Okaloosa, Escambia and Santa Rosa. 

 

Cindy understands the military way of life and the unique needs of our military personnel and their families when buying and selling.

Our area is located amidst several military bases. Our neighbor, Eglin Air Force Base, is the country’s largest military base in land mass. Military families have made their homes here… and left… and have returned to retire here.

Cindy has been married 39 years to Bernie Frakes, a retired Air Force pilot and current instructor at Hurlburt Field. They have two sons, Russ and Steven, and 4 grandchildren.
In the course of her life she has lived in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Utah and Guam. Her involvement in ERA National Military Broker Network and the National Corporate Relocation Council continue to fuel her desire to assist buyers and sellers in Military Relocation.
